Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
Our disclosure
PlantBookOS does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is therefore no opt-out signal to honor — there is nothing to opt out of. We do not process Global Privacy Control (GPC) headers because there is no sale or share to suppress.
What we do with your data
Your personal information is used only to operate the service you signed up for: showing you your own plants and care history, sending account-related email, processing payments you initiate, and securing the platform. Sub-processors that help us deliver the service are listed in our Privacy Policy.
Your other rights
California residents (and all users) can access, correct, export, or delete their personal information from the Settings page. We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days as required by CCPA.
